The Revier downhill for beginners mountain bike camp is for anyone wanting to experience the
thrill of riding in the bike park for the first time or for those who have limited experience and want
to improve their downhill or bike park skills in a safe and fun environment. The weekend will be
based around the Lenzerheide bike park with the aim to introduce people to the park and improve
their riding along the way. Riding position, breaking, cornering and jumping will all be coached so
you get the most out of your time with us.
Coaching will be done by the experienced and Swiss Cycling qualified bike instructors at Epic Bike
Lenzerheide and the FlowLine ( Blue ) and PrimeLine ( Red ) trails will be used.
Good working mountain bike with disk breaks and a minimum of 130mm suspension front and
back is needed.
Full face helmet and protection is mandatory
You don’t have to be a bike park freak to join the Revier Downhill for Beginners camp as the skills
you learn in the park can then be applied to your favourite enduro trails.
After arriving and getting settled in to your room it’s time to sit down, relax with a quite drink and
meal at Revier’s restaurant.
It’s time to pull on the helmet after a full breakfast as your coaches will meet you at Revier at 09:00
before heading to the skills centre and bike park where groups will be formed depending on
experience and ability. For the less experienced, learning how to use the bike park safely is one of
the first steps to building your confidence. Basic riding positions, breaking, cornering, jumps, tree
roots, line choice and rock gardens will all be covered over the weekend so you get the most out of

before. Going into more details and improving your skills so you can go away from the Revier
downhill camp felling and knowing you now have the skills to go where you’ve never gone before.
